3DD - Day 5

I decided to continue with the vague design (see previous blog) because I felt in contained all the aspects I wanted in my structure, aspects such as bright colours, plenty of light, and an architectural structure that is located in water.
Here I have focused on this structure and drew more detailed plans of the floors and 'corridors'.

Continuing with making my prototype, I initially started with this model because I got slightly carried away with the corridor.

However, I eventually decided to use the bansaw to remove the corridoors I had made, so I could make changeable corridors to test my ideas to see which model looked more aesthetically pleasing. From here I used plastic to represent a glass corridor with coloured piping running through the cuboid. This piping represents the steel that would be used to hold the form together.
